Exfoliation is a cosmetic practice involving the removal of the dead cells from the epidermis, the top layer of the skin. Exfoliation is an important part of skin care for your face and body, if you want smooth, healthy and radiant skin, but instead of using expensive cosmetic products, which often prove as ineffective, you can use these three easy and simple ways to exfoliate your face.
Blackheads skin care
All you need is cleansing milk for face and baking soda. Mix some cleansing milk and baking soda, until it gets the necessary density, which you should add baking soda in the cleansing milk until you get a creamy mixture. Apply the resulting mixture on the face and give a gentle massage. Pay attention to the blackhead areas. Allow the face peeling to act for about a minute, and then rinse your face with cold water.
T-zone skin (normal to oily skin)
Try not to eat this peeling when preparing. You need 1-2 teaspoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Mix both ingredients until the mixture combines well. You can heat the honey just, to reduce its density, as it would become easier to mix. Apply the peeling on the face, allow it act for a while, and then rinse the face with water.
For normal to dry skin
This is the simplest scrub you have ever heard of! Once you relax with a cup of coffee, instead of washing it, use the coffee grounds in favor of your face. Apply the coffee grounds on your face, let it act for a minute, and then rinse your face with cold water. Your face will be silky and smooth.
For best results, after using the facial scrub for a skin prone to blackheads, use a clay mask. After each using of facial scrub, it is preferable to apply a face tonic for closing the pores and minimizing the build-up of dirt throughout the day.
