- 4 eggs
- 100 ml of water
- 90 grams of walnuts
- 90 grams of flaxseed
- 90 grams of sunflower seeds
- 90 grams of sesame seeds
- 90 grams of pumpkin seeds
- a pinch of salt
- half a teaspoon of baking soda
It’s very simple – first, you need to beat the egg whites with some salt in a bowl. Add the baking soda and the water. And then, you need to ground the seeds into a fine flour and mix them with the other ingredients. Bake this bread for 50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
