Swedish Diet – The Diet That Has Won The World

Swedish diet is a diet that includes more fat and protein but reduces carbohydrate intake. This diet quickly became one of the most popular, because it does not impose certain hours in which you can eat, it is simple and does not burden the body and will help you to lose your weight without starvation. All you have to do is just follow these rules!

Three groups of groceries:

Permitted groceries

– all kinds of meat

– all kinds of fish and crustaceans

– eggs prepared in all ways

– vegetable growing above ground (cabbage, kale, broccoli, zucchini, olives, tomato, spinach, mushrooms, lettuce, avocado, peppers)

– dairy products exclusively with a high percentage of fat (yogurt, butter, sour cream, curd, cheese)

– nuts (sunflower seeds, nuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, Indian nuts, Brazilian walnuts)

Groceries that are allowed sometimes

– beets, carrots, turnips and celery

– Fruit (enough is one fruit per day instead of dessert, and especially raspberries are recommended)

– Chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa 2 times a week (over 70% cocoa)

Groceries that are not allowed

– sugar, merchant juices, soft drinks, pasta, cakes, ice cream, muesli and artificial sweeteners

– cereals and starch (bread, rice, pasta, potato, chips, porridges)

– margarine and refined oils

– alcohol, especially beer
