How to Make Creamy Anti-Cancer Broccoli Soup

Soups are tasty, nutritious, and comforting. Some recipes boost your metabolism, detoxify the body, and heal the tissues. This creamy broccoli soup is the best recipe you’ll ever get.

Broccoli is incredibly healthy, and provides strong anticancer effect.

The green veggie is packed with sulforaphane, a common anticancer compound in cruciferous vegetables.

Suforaphane is a product of the reaction between the enzyme myrosinase and glucoraphanin, which happens when you chew the vegetable. Young broccoli sprouts are high in glucoraphanin.

Nutrients in broccoli provide anticancer boost, and it’s especially recommended to patients who run at a high risk of prostate and colon cancer. Well, it’s not about eating healthy foods. It’s more about the way you eat them.

Prepare your broccoli properly. But, first, there has to be a reaction that employs the enzyme myrosinase.

Boiling and microwaving destroy myrosinase, and reduce the nutritional value of the vegetable. Prepare your broccoli the right way, and make sure you get all the enzymes and nutrients.

Traditional creamy broccoli soup recipes involves lots of simmering and stuff. But, in our recipe, you have to steam it for 3-5 minutes.

Curcumin is effective against every cancer

Turmeric is super powerful, and curcumin is what makes it so special. Scientists have proven that curcumin can be used in the treatment of every cancer.

Dr. William LaValley is one of the leading natural medicine cancer physicians. He says that “curcumin is unique in that it appears to be universally useful for just about every type of cancer.”

This may sound strange, but cancer consists of different molecular pathologies. Curcumin has universal anticancer proclivity, and it can focus on multiple molecular targets through multiple pathways.

Once it reaches the cell, curcumin works on 100 different molecular pathways. Dr. LaValley explains that curcumin increases or decreases the activity of one molecular target, but anyway, it’s final effect is a strong anticancer activity.

Curcumin doesn’t affect normal cells, and selectively kills abnormal cancer cells. This is impossible in conventional cancer treatments. Researchers have found that curcumin works in synergy with particular chemo drugs, and thus eliminates cancer cells more efficiently.

  • 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 2 medium-sized celery stalks, chopped

  • Salt and black pepper

Put the oil in a large pot, and cook on medium heat. Sauté the celery and onion for 4 minutes or until soft.

Turn the heat on low, cover the pot, and simmer the soup for 20 minutes.

Once your veggies are tender, transfer the mixture into a blender, and process until smooth.
