The majority of people aren’t familiar with the fact that avocados have strong anti-aging properties incorporated in the flesh as well as the oil.  Not long ago, scientists have uncovered that avocados have potent anti-aging properties that fight off free radicals.  Avocados are capable of entering within the structure of our cells, penetrate the mitochondria and activate the creation of energy, enabling the cells to function normally even while being continuously attacked on behalf of free radicals.
